About Me

Life has a way of throwing us curveballs—grief, fear, anxiety, trauma, broken relationships, burnout, and moments where we stop and wonder, “How did I get here?” If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I want you to know that you’re not alone. Reaching out for help is one of the most courageous steps you can take—and therapy can be a powerful place to begin again.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience walking alongside people from all walks of life. I’ve worked in schools, jails, homes, treatment centers, youth authorities, and communities—supporting individuals, couples, families, and those living with severe mental illness. Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship issues, parenting struggles, or simply want to feel more like you again, I’m here to help.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. In our sessions, I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your past, identify your triggers, set healthy boundaries, and create meaningful change. I use a variety of evidence-based practices—including Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, DBT skills, and attachment-focused work—tailored to your unique needs.

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about honoring what you’ve been through, learning how to support yourself in new ways, and reconnecting with your inner strength. I believe therapy is most powerful when it’s a partnership—where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward.

If you’re ready to take that next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
