Art Therapy
For many clients, especially children and teens, art can open doors to healing that words alone cannot. Solution-Focused Therapy
This forward-looking approach emphasizes solutions over problems. Solution-Focused Therapy is empowering, practical, and designed to help you build confidence and momentum toward lasting change.

Interpersonal Therapy
Our emotional health is deeply connected to our relationships. Interpersonal Therapy focuses on how your connections—with family, partners, friends, or coworkers—impact your mood and overall well-being. In our work together, we’ll improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and navigate transitions with more clarity and confidence.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
TF-CBT is a structured, evidence-based model that supports children, teens, and their caregivers in processing traumatic experiences. It combines elements of cognitive-behavioral techniques with trauma-sensitive strategies to reduce emotional distress, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and build healthy coping skills. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
